  • We are currently in-network providers with Horizon BCBS, Aetna and United Healthcare. We also accept other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. Click here to verify your insurance benefits.

  • The number of treatments a person will need varies. This can depend on many factors, but it is often found that noticeable improvement is made within five treatments. We will be constantly assessing your condition and working to determine whether further treatments are necessary. Chronic conditions may require a longer course of treatment.

    We also offer wellness treatments such as the Neck & Shoulders Reset for which follow up sessions are not expected.

  • A treatment session generally lasts about 50 minutes including discussion, acupuncture & bodywork and formula prescription. Depending on the complexity of the condition, a first consultation is spent understanding the condition and discussing treatment options. Often, there is only a small portion of time left for a physical treatment on the first visit. As treatments progress, the patient's condition will be continually reassessed and the treatment plan will be modified as needed.

  • Wear comfortable loose clothing. Do not come with an empty stomach, but also do not eat or drink too much.
